Position Name - Case Manager Job # 1063
Duties: Provides training and assistance to participants in a hotel
setting doing various production activities. Develops and implements
individual employment plans and contracts. Prepares employment/progress
reports as requested and maintains case file documentation. Provides
individual crisis and behavioral intervention, as well as supervision
of work floor. Provides training to clients and will work on the floor
with clients. This position provides janitorial services to a local hotel.
High School Diploma/GED required, BA or AS desired, substitution for
education and experience: two years work experience in rehab setting.
Hotel experience highly desired. Janitorial experience required. Must
have a high level of organizational, written and verbal communication
skills, computer skills, be dependable, flexible, independent, and show
initiative. Must work well in teams as well as alone. Must pass a criminal
background check and drug screen.
WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (but could vary). Some holidays
required.
