Position Name - Retail Sales Clerk/Material Handler
Duties: Entry-level retail sales clerk/material handler for non-profit agency. Answers customer’s questions, arranges merchandise and sets up store displays. Accepts payment for merchandise and makes change. Associate/Handler, helps with pricing merchandise and receiving merchandise. Works in the back of our Shop CI store sorting received merchandise. Greets customers and provides customer service at the customer donation drop off door.

Duties: Maintains contact with trainee/worker; employer/worksite supervisor; family; funding entity; program staff etc. Job coach. Provides assistance to trainee/worker in accessing needed services for the WIA Adult Program.
