The Arc of Tri-Cities assists
people of all ages with developmental disabilities obtain their rights
and resources required to become independent, self-sufficient, and contributing
members of society. They are committed to education, advocacy, and the
support of families, friends, and community.
The Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) serves over
1.5 million Washington children, families, vulnerable adults through
protection, comfort, food assistance, financial aid, medical care and
other services.
The Division of Developmental
Disabilities (DDD) develops and implements public policies promoting
individual worth, self-respect, and dignity for people with developmental
disabilities.
This twenty-one member
Council, appointed by the Governor, represents individuals and groups
with an interest in vocational rehabilitation. The majority of the Council
members are persons with disabilities, representing a broad geographic
scope, as well as diversity in gender, ethnicity, and cultural backgrounds.
Tri-Cities Residential Services is
an organization of professionals and volunteers who are dedicated to
helping disabled individuals maximize their potential to function independently
in the community.
United Way of Benton and
Franklin Counties is a not-for-profit organization that brings people,
health and human services agencies, government agencies and community
groups together to focus resources on the most critical human care needs
in our area.
The WorkSource Center provides all the information,
technology and services businesses need to thrive; and that job seekers
need to achieve successful careers. They represent a unique concept in
the labor market - everything in one place.
NAID® is the international trade association for companies
providing information destruction services. Suppliers of products, equipment
and services to destruction companies are also eligible for membership.
NAID's mission is to promote the information destruction industry and
the standards and ethics of its member companies. |
