Getting involved personally.

For over 45 years, Columbia Industries has focused on developing the employment skills of people with disabilities (our clients). As a non-profit organization, we rely on contributions of time, dollars, or donations to help our very special clients learn valuable job skills in preparation for jobs in our community. Here’s how you can help!

Volunteer Opportunities

Non-profit organizations like Columbia Industries welcome volunteers who share our passion. Positions available include Groundskeeper, Outside Sales, Shop CI Back Room, and Shop CI Sales Floor.

Planned Giving

Columbia Industries is very grateful for individual and corporate support.

We work with individuals to assist them with their charitable giving opportunities via financial support, in-kind support or planned giving.  Columbia Industries has benefited from several donations of vehicles, real property, businesses, and various charitable remainder trusts and charitable annuity trusts.

We would be happy to talk with you to help determine how you can help us now or in the future.  We are willing to work with your advisors and have relationships with local experts regarding charitable trust, wills and bequest and tax and estate planning.

If you are interested in these opportunities, please contact Rich Foeppel, CEO. Rich is available to give personal tours of our organization and help better acquaint people with our mission, philosophy and passion for service to our community.
