If you are currently an unemployed & motivated individual seeking full-time employment, the WIA Adult program may be able to assist in your employment and training needs. This is a federally funded, non-entitlement income-based program. Enrollment is based on meeting income guidelines and contingent on follow through/participation requirements. To apply for the program you must be at least 18 years old and all males must be registered with Selective Service. Our services include:

For eligible participants, we can provide tuition assistance for short-term approved vocational training. We also offer tuition assistance to students completing their last 2 quarters prior to graduation who will be immediately joining the workforce. We give you the tools you need to obtain a rewarding job in our community.

For Employers

Often, businesses pass up applicants that look great but lack some specific skill/skills for their workplace. To help offset the additional costs of training these potential employees, we offer On-the-Job training incentives.
